Wonderful original RECLAIMED/UPCYCLED/REFURBISHED/RESTORED Vintage Porcelain Enamel over steel Barn Lights. These reflector shades were manufactured from 1920 thru 1960 ( see history ) for use in warehouses, factories and gas stations, and on barns, outbuildings, public buildings, storefronts, streets, and feature a porcelain/enamel green and white over steel finish. They are restyled by adding a galvanized Gooseneck Arm and a new porcelain socket if applicable. Completely wired for use outdoors or indoors, using a standard size light bulb.
ALL of these reflector shades are Original Vintage and one of a kind and were manufactured from 1920 thru 1960 by companies such as Benjamin Electric, Appleton Electric, Goodrich Lighting Equipment Company, Ivanhoe, and Abolite. Driving the countryside, you can still see some of these in use. Today these fixtures can be used on garages, barns, porches, outbuildings and commercial applications as well and encourage a REUSE/RENEW/UPCYCLE/"GREEN" opportunity.
In addition we offer a beautiful collection of Original Vintage Porcelain Enamel Reflector, Warehouse Shade Pendant Fixtures, featuring the manufacturers above, as well as, , Miller, Overbaugh & Ayers, Revere and Wheeler Electric. Suspension is available in the buyers choice of down pipes, cloth covered or industrial cording. Buyer determines the finished length required.
Most are available as pairs or sets. All fixtures are original and vintage, one of a kind, these are NOT reproductions, and new product is constantly being added.
